If you are unsatisfied with our product, contact us via the provided form within 14 days of delivery. Include a written description and images and/or videos of the issue. The product must be photographed as found.
We will respond within 5 business days. If the complaint is justified, we will refund the order cost.

3. Contact us via the provided form or e-mail to receive the return address and further instructions.
All prices are in USD. Sales tax is not included in the listed prices and will be calculated based on the shipping address during checkout. For international orders, any additional duties or taxes imposed by the destination country will be the responsibility of the customer.
Your funds will be refunded using the same method you chose to pay for your order. In the case of returning goods, the cost of shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
