These general terms of use refer to the use of the website babp.us (hereinafter: “bABP”) and are written in accordance with the positive regulations of the United States of America. The conditions govern the functioning of the bABP store and the legal relationship between babp.us registered users (hereinafter: “Users”) and buyers of products, goods, or services (hereinafter: “Customers”).

Privacy Policy
On behalf of bABP, we commit to maintaining the privacy of all our customers. We only collect necessary, basic customer/user data and data necessary for business operations and informing users, in accordance with good business practices and in order to provide quality service. We give customers the option to choose, including the option to decide whether or not they want to be removed from mailing lists used for marketing campaigns. All customer/user data is strictly kept and available only to employees who need this data to perform their job. All bABP employees and business partners are responsible for adhering to the principles of privacy protection.
Ordering
Purchases through the bABP store are made electronically. Certain products have the option to choose a size or color, which must be selected first.
By pressing the "Add to cart" button, the selected product is added to the shopping cart. The user will then receive a notification to proceed to checkout, or they can do so by clicking on the cart menu item. During the checkout process, the user needs to follow a simple procedure and provide the necessary details for the shipment of the products, as well as payment details if card payment has been selected. This will be done in the following step on the bank's payment gateway.
After concluding the order, a confirmation will be sent to the email provided by the Customer as a contact, indicating that the order has been received by the bABP store. If the user does not receive such a confirmation, it is necessary to check the correctness of the email address provided or to report the problem to the email address: info@babp.eu.
Customer information cannot be changed after sending the order.
Product prices
The prices of all products are stated in USD. The prices are determined in advance and do not include sales tax. Sales tax will be calculated and added at checkout based on the shipping address. Prices are valid for all customers only for the duration of the offer. We reserve the right to change the price at any time.
Sales Tax and International DutiesSales tax is not included in the listed prices and will be calculated based on the shipping address during checkout. For international orders, any additional duties or taxes imposed by the destination country will be the responsibility of the customer. There are no hidden costs.
Methods of payment
When entering credit card data, confidential information is transmitted over a public network in a protected (encrypted) form using SSL protocol and PKI system, as the most current cryptographic technology. The security of data during purchase is guaranteed by the card processor, the Acquirer Bank, so the entire payment process is carried out on a secure page, whose processor is the Bank. At no time are credit card data available to our system.
Refund of Charged Funds
In the event of returning goods and refunding funds to a customer who previously paid with any of the payment cards, either partially or in full, regardless of the reason for the return, bABP LLC is obliged to make the refund exclusively through American Express (AmEx), Maestro/MasterCard, and VISA payment methods, meaning that the Electronic Money Institution, upon the merchants request, will refund the funds to the cardholders account.
Complaints are not common and may be initiated in case of card misuse or any other force majeure reasons. Please contact us by email, and we will resolve your complaint through direct communication as soon as possible.
Shipping & Delivery
Each country defines its own laws regarding the trade of goods and services. Consequently, independent of us, additional costs may be incurred for our goods and services, such as postage, opening and inspection of packages, customs duties, re-delivery, or change of delivery address. It is recommended that before ordering goods, you check whether there are any specific prohibitions or restrictions for the country to which the order is being placed. Complaints Policy
If you have purchased goods in our online store, please inspect your package in the presence of the courier upon delivery. If there are visible damages (torn parts or crushing), you should not accept the package. In this case, please fill out the form or contact us via info@babp.eu. We will inform you of the next steps as soon as possible. If you have received the shipment and upon opening the box find that the delivered goods do not correspond to the ordered items or the information on the invoice is incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the shipment. If any discrepancies arise with the purchased product in terms of the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, please contact us. We will respond to your complaint within the shortest possible time, and no later than 5 business days from the date of receiving the complaint, informing you of the further steps in writing or electronically. The deadline for resolving the complaint is 30 days from the moment it is submitted. In case of returning goods to a customer who has previously paid for the goods to the courier (cash on delivery), the cost of returning the goods is not borne by bABP LLC, but by the customer.
